Nowadays, due to a multitude of factors linked to societal development, a lot of children lack movement. Nevertheless, the benefits of physical activity are many. Being active is beneficial for fitness, weight, emotional health and socialisation. But above all, moving is fun!
As a schoolteacher, educator or trainer in social and formal or non-formal education, your contribution can make a difference.
In collaboration with the University of Luxembourg, the Lycée Technique pour Professions Éducatives et Sociales (LTPES), the École Nationale de l’Éducation Physique et des Sports (ENEPS) and with the support of the Ministry of National Education, Children and Youth and the Ministry of Sports, the Competence Centre offers a continuing vocational training that allows you to develop a competency profile in “movement education”.
Following the great success of the first promotion, this university certificate empowers you to reach a skills profile in “movement education”. You will be able to develop concepts and thus support, stimulate and help people discover the pleasure and benefits of physical activity.
Motivate children to move by developing the right skills!
